Semaya One Fast boat
Semaya One fast cruise started operating in 2012.
They are now offering daily departures from Nusa Penida to the Gilis, Lombok and Bali as well as from Lembongan to the Gilis, Lombok and Bali. They also operate from Sanur to the Gilis and Lombok as well as from Padang Bai to the Gilis and Lombok .
This Indonesian owned and managed company specializes in regional cruise ship operations besides their fast boat service. The boats in their fleet have similar facilites and safety equipment, size and number of seats. Depending on numbers, Semaya One occasionally utilise smaller boats from their fleet so the alloted boat for scheduled departures is subject to change if necessary.

Hotel Transfers
Hotel transfers are available on Nusa Penida and Lembongan as well as to and from most South west Bali locations and central Ubud. During the booking process you can select your hotel location and the boat company will confirm the pickup time with you shortly after you have booked.
Harbour locations
Semaya Office in Lembongan is located at Jungutbatu harbour.
The boat docks at Kutampi Harbour on Penida (private harbour).
In Bali, the boat docks in Sanur Harbour and Padang Bai Harbour.
In Lombok, the boat docks in Bangsal Harbor.
In Gili Trawangan, the boat docks at Gili Trawangan Ferry Terminal.
In Gili Air the boat docks at Gili Air Pier.

Luggage allowance
Each passenger is allowed up to 25kg of lugguage plus a small carry-on bag.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Semaya One have a super flexible, easy cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure = Full refund minus 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 24 hours prior to departure = 50% refund.
- No show = no refund.
- For return tickets, the cancellation policy will apply based on the first departure.
In cases of unexpected illness etc., exceptions can be considered if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Semaya using their details found on your e-tickets. If you wish to change your travel dates with Semaya, you can do so for free (subject to availability), up to 24hrs prior to departure. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance.
Note: Charters and large Group bookings (10+) may be subject to different cancellation terms seasonally.
