Hotel Transfer
Transfers can be added to your reservation during the booking process from Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Canggu Club, Jimbaran ( before Garuda Wisnu Kencana ), Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Ubud, Uluwatu, Canggu club, Padang-Padang, Balangan, Sawangan, Komune Keramas.
During the booking process you can select your hotel location and the boat company will confirm the pickup time with you shortly after you have booked.

On Penida the office is located at Jl. Bias Muntig, Ped, Kec. Nusa Penida, Kabupaten Klungkung, Bali 80771
On Gili Trawangan, please check-in at Orion Prince Fastboat Gili T Office, Gili Trawangan, Gili Indah, Kec. Pemenang.
On Lombok, please check in at the Orion Prince Fast Ferry counter in Kian area Cafe Bangsal.
Luggage allowance
The maximum allowance per passenger is 2 pieces of luggage with a total weight of 25kg. Excess luggage will be charged extra.
Cancellation & amendment policy
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before departure = Full refund minus 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation between 24-48 hours before departure = 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours or No show = no refund.
- For return tickets, once the first trip is used, no refund is possible for the return.
