Rocky Fast Cruise depart from Sanur in south Bali and offer daily departures from Bali to Lembongan. The total crossing time is about 30 minutes.

Rocky Fast Cruise offer 4 daily departues from Bali to Lembongan and from Lembongan to Bali.

Check-in is advise 1 hour prior to departure.

Hotel Transfers
Hotel transfers are available in most South Bali areas and Lembongan. Pick-up Time in Bali is usually 1 and half hour before departure time.
Hotel transfers are available from Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Petitenget, Kerobokan, Denpasar, Sanur, Ubud (Cocomart Ubud)

Sanur:
For check-in, please proceed directly to Rocky Fast Cruise Head Office in Jalan Pantai Matahari Terbit Sanur, 1 hour before departure.
Rocky Fast Cruise is now departing from the new Sanur Harbor providing a proper jetty on the mainland.
Lembongan:
For check-in, please proceed directly to Rocky Beach Club (Telatak Harbor), 1 hour before departure.
Luggage allowance
Cancellation Policy
Rocky has the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation up to 2 weeks before departure = Full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).

Cancellation less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours before departure = 50% refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).

Cancellation within 48 hours = No refund.
- No show, or late arrival = No refund.
In cases of unexpected illness etc., exceptions can be considered if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Rocky using their details found on your e-tickets.
Note: Even if the boat is cancelled due to bad weather, the above policiy will apply.
Amendment Policy
Rocky has the following amendment policy:
If you wish to change your travel dates with Rocky, you can do this for free (subject to availability), up to 48hrs in advance. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance.
