Three operators run fast boats from Nusa Lembongan to Gili Islands. Journey times vary considerably: Eka Jaya is the fastest at just over 2 hours, while Semaya One takes up to 3h30. 

• Eka Jaya Fast Ferry: The fastest crossing and the most reliable operator. Gili port taxes included. Departs Yellow Bridge.
• Wijaya Perkasa: Two daily departures. Port taxes not included. Allow some flexibility as this operator can run late.
• Semaya One: Cheapest option, but the longest crossing at 3h30. Some boats are older. Port taxes not included.

Boats run from Nusa Lembongan to Lombok, both Bangsal (north Lombok) and Senggigi (west Lombok). Eka Jaya is the most organised option at both destinations. Journey times to Bangsal range from under 3 hours to over 4 depending on the operator.

 

Nusa Lembongan to Bangsal

Several operators run direct fast boats from Nusa Penida to Gili Trawangan. Most depart from Toya Pakeh or Banjar Nyuh on the west coast of the island. Eka Jaya is the fastest and most organised; Wijaya is the cheapest. Port taxes are not included on most tickets, so have cash ready at the harbour.

Direct fast boats connect Nusa Penida to Lombok,  both Bangsal and Senggigi.

Nusa Penida to Senggigi

From Bangsal Harbour in north Lombok, Karya Bahari runs 8 daily departures to Gili Trawangan with a 30-minute crossing. It is the most frequent and affordable connection from Lombok to the Gili Islands. For a private departure at a time that suits you, Gili Speed Boat operates from Teluk Kodek harbour.

• Gili Speed Boat (from Teluk Kodek): Private water taxi, available any time, including evenings.

Gili Speed Boat offers a direct door-to-dock transfer from Lombok International Airport to Gili Islands. The service combines a private car from the airport to the harbour with a private fast boat across to the island. You choose your departure time when booking, making it well suited to any flight arrival time. It removes the hassle of organising separate transport from the airport to Bangsal.
 

Karya Bahari runs scheduled inter-island boats between all three Gilis throughout the day, stopping at each island in sequence. The crossings are very short: Gili Trawangan to Gili Meno takes around 5 minutes, Gili Trawangan to Gili Air around 15 to 20 minutes, and Gili Air to Gili Meno around 5 minutes. Gili Speed Boat also covers all three routes as a private water taxi, with the added advantage of being available until midnight.
