The Miko Natalia 89 is the vessel operated by
Marina Fast Ferry on the daily route between Serangan (Bali), Nusa Penida and the Gili Islands.
Built on a marine-grade aluminium hull with a lightweight composite superstructure, it is a notably different vessel to the fibreglass speedboats used by most budget operators on this stretch of water.
With seating for 278 passengers, it is one of the larger fast ferries in the region, and its hull design gives it a steadier feel in the often choppy conditions of the Lombok Strait. Powered by Caterpillar marine engines, it covers the 45-nautical-mile crossing between Serangan and the Gili Islands at a consistent pace.
