The Wijaya Buyuk Cruise operates one daily service in each direction, covering the full route from Sanur through to Bangsal via Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and all three Gili Islands. 
 
Outbound: Sanur → Penida (Buyuk) → Gili T → Gili Meno → Gili Air → Lombok
 
Return: Penida (Buyuk) → Sanur → Lembongan → Gili T → Gili Meno → Gili Air → Lombok → Lembongan

Given the length of this route, up to five hours from Sanur to Bangsal, onboard comfort matters more than on a short island hop.
