Golden Queen fast boat
Golden Queen fast boat company offers a daily crossing between Bali, the Gili Islands and Lombok. Their boats depart from Padang Bai. Their fast boats carry up to 166 passengers. Golden Queen fast boats feature flat screen TVs, air-conditioned cabin seating, sun deck area, washrooms, insurance and medical cover, safety equipment, including life jackets, life raft, and fire extinguishers.
In June, July and August they also offer a daily departure from Serangan in southwest Bali heading first to Padang Bai and then continuing to the Gilis and Lombok.

NOTE: For Nusa Penida arrivals, a local toursit tax is charged. Please ensure you have enough cash to cover IDR25,000 per adult and IDR15,000 per child.

Harbour Locations
For check-in, please proceed directly to Golden Queen offices at least 30 minutes before departure time.
In Bali, Padang Bai the office is located in front of Omang- Omang café & Restaurant at Jl. Silayukti No.12.
In Bali, Serangan the office is located at Agus Bar & Restaurant .
On Nusa Penida check in/arrival is located at Funtasea Resto & Bar in Toya pakek.
On Gili Trawangan the ticketing office is located in front of Beach Wind beach Bungalow, next to CIMB Niaga ATM.
On Gili Air it is located in front of the free dive school and on Lombok from Bangsal Harbour, North Lombok.
Luggage allowance
Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge while not exceeding a total weight of 30 Kg.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Golden Queen operates the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellation more than 15 days before departure = Full refund minus 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation made 8 to 14 days before departure = 50% refund minus 10% cancellation fee.

Cancellation made 4 to 7 days before departure = 25% refund minus 10% cancellation fee.
-
Cancellation made within 3 days of departure or No show = no refund.
